Howard is Wrong

So, today on the Howard Stern Show on Sirius, Howard announced that long time sidekick, writer, and comedian, Artie Lange is missing from the show because he has once again fallen off the wagon.  He is apparently in or near Miami at what was first described as a rehab center, but then it came out that it is more like a health spa that Artie is allowed to leave every night and go to a fancy, plush hotel.  Howard, of course said that he had no idea, but this time it came as no surprise to any body that Artie was on drugs the entire time.  After his stories about using cocaine, alcohol and heroin in the past, and his recent history of going missing from the show and then admitting to being on drugs at the time, how can anybody act like they didn’t see it coming?  It was just a few weeks ago that artie missed a day because he said that he needed to make a doctors appointment in the morning right in the middle of the show.  Everyone was speculating that he was back to using heroin again, but now when it comes out that Artie was using, Howard acts like he had no idea.  Come on Howard, just admit that you know whats going on and do something.  I know your not the head of Sirius, Howard, but you are the head of your show, and if he is causing problems then he either needs to get help or the show needs to move on.

So I just heard a commercial on Sirius for the new Howard TV shows that are coming up. Well you’ve heard about stripper bowling, now get ready for wack pack bowling. If your tired of watching hot chicks do something boring, now you can watch high pitch Eric and Fred the elephant boy do the exact same thing. Thats right, you can watch all the characters you love from the Howard Stern show throw balls at pins. And a Bababooey trivia show? Man, let me call my cable provider right now and sign up! At least Howard was right about one thing - the commercials sound better with a professional announcer. Although not by much.
